We will not sell, rent or publish any information that you provide us.

We do our best to bring you the highest of quality products. To do this, we research and select ingredients and materials that are beneficial to our customers.
In our Body Indulgence collection, our products are made with natural ingredients like butters, vegetable oils, micas, natural preservatives, and essential oils. We use high quality fragrance oils at .5 to 1%. We do not test our products on animals. All our testing is done by actual people like family and friends, and sometimes we ask you, our customers to try a new product and tell us what you think (this offer is made to subscribers only). Our products are made in small batches to insure freshness. Due to the nature of making our products by hand in small batches using natural ingredients, the color and consistency may vary, but this will not detract from the products high quality. Body Indulgence products are not made for ingesting. If ingested, or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor. The Essence of You can not be responsible for customers allergic reaction to our products. Please read the ingredients carefully before making your purchase. Some of our products contain nuts, nut butters and nut oils, soy and oats. If you have allergies to any of these, we suggest that you do not use any products that contact such ingredients.
The Essence of Design, uses fine materials like Sterling Silver, Semi-precious stones, leathers, silk, and other quality materials to create our jewelry and accessories lines. All items are created by hand to insure fine craftsmanship. Because our items are made by hand, no to pieces are exactly alike.
Order Processing/Shipping/Returns Policy
Order Processing:
As mentioned, we make our Body Indulgence products in small batches to insure freshness. With that in mind, we process orders on a first come first serve basis and usually try to process orders within 3 to 5 business days. During high volume times, orders may take up to 10 business days to process, but we will do our best to keep it between 3 to 5 business days. The Essence of Design jewelry and accessories orders are usually processed and shipped between 3 to 5 business days, unless specifically noted on the item area. Some jewelry and accessory items are made per order and will be noted as such. If any item is listed at being on "Back Order", you may place this item on order and it will be processed when available. After processing, orders are usually shipped via Standard USPS or UPS Ground both with delivery of 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. If you need your order expedited, we would be happy to accommodate and will charge an extra $5 for immediate in-house processing and an extra charges will apply for Priority/Next Day shipping cost. For expedited shipping, please note this during your order process under “Special Instructions”, and well will notify you of the additional cost and time frame for your order.
Returns:
Body care products/Cosmetics
Because our Body Indulgence products are made of natural ingredients and are consider Beauty/Cosmetics products, we can not accept any returns on these items.
Essence of Design Jewelry & Accessories
We do have a 30 day return policy on our, Essence of Design jewelry and accessories. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewelry or accessory purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or full refund. We do not except returns on items that experience natural tarnishing, fading or wear, due to frequent wearing of the items. The Essence of Design items are made to be worn, and in that fact, the aforementioned may result over time. To process your return, call us at 866-263-6131 within 30 days of purchase to receive a “RMA” code. This code should be placed on your packaging when being shipped back to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise and we encourage all packages being shipped be insured.
